Underwear & Swimwear

Because of the nature of these items, returns and exchanges on underwear and swimwear are not accepted at CheapUndies.

Please review product descriptions, fit notes, and size charts before checkout so you can buy with confidence the first time.

Hot tip: if you are unsure on sizing, ask us before ordering. That is way easier than ending up with a pair that makes you mad.
30-Day Window

Most Other Categories

Most jackets, pants, shirts, shorts, and similar categories can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible returns may be processed as store credit or a refund depending on the item and condition. Always check the individual product page for final eligibility.

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days if the product is eligible.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still factory sealed where applicable.
  • Original packaging, bags, and tags must be intact.
